What To do when she say’s “Don’t worry about buying me a present”.
When women say “don’t worry about getting me a gift for my Birthday / Valentine’s Day/ Christmas etc; she says this because:
1) She doesn’t want you to go out of your way.
2) She feels it will be a burden for you to go shopping. (for most guys it is- hence Presents for Her)
3) She doesn’t want you to spend the money on her as she feels it will leave you out of pocket.
4) She thinks she’ll grab something for herself next time she’ll go shopping to save you the hassle….And the reasons can goes on.
ADVICE:
Guys, what ever you do acknowledge it to her face but then IGNORE IT!
It would be foolish for you to take it at face value. Women love to feel spoilt especially when it comes from the heart. Make her feel like she’s your Princess Or Queen by getting off your butt and being proactive.
Jump online or go to the shops and find her a gift that makes her feel like she’s appreciated. It’s the effort that you organised it yourself that she’ll love. It doesn’t have to cost a fortune but it is best to get her gifts that she WOULDN’T normally get for herself. That way she really feels spoilt!

Women are difficult to read most of the time and I totally agree that getting off your butt and being proactive is the best way.
When I say getting off your butt, I mean going to my computer and shopping on line to avoid the crowds.

I think you’re right. Being a woman, I might say “don’t worry about it” but secretly, I would love a gift! Why do we say these things? Men pretty much say what they mean when it comes to gifts.
And being able to shop online, there is really no reason not to get a gift unless you’re really broke. Then she will most likely truly understand.
