Men it might be the scent of a females perfume you smelt that day; a sensual voice you recall hearing; a beautiful pair of legs you spotted at lunch.
Some couples have had their sexual feelings lay dormant for so long they need to start with the above process to re-activate that part of the brain to start firing off those neurones again. No need to feel guilty of what your thoughts are once you have activated that part of the brain your partner will be more attractive to you again and you’ll be in the mood.

WHY: The last thing you want to have in a relationship is lack of sex. Sex is one of the reasons you and your partner became a couple. Sex helps bond couples emotionally and be more open in their communications in other areas of their relationship. Sex also increases the longevity of a relationship and stops affairs with one partner not feeling appreciated or sexually attractive.
