It is rare for one vineyard to give the perfect stand alone wine, and the Patricia wines are usually from more than one specific site. For example one site will contribute ripe berry fruits while another will add structure and depth yet another balance and finesse. The vineyard selection is a result of many years of experience and work throughout the season, generally through crop reduction and canopy management that will maximise flavours and intensity. This ensures wines of great depth and complexity with outstanding varietal character. The final wine is a result of fastidious blending trials seeking to achieve perfect balance.
