Can I order larger sizes

Every women deserves to look and feel sexy and the great thing is some garments come in larger sizes; e.g. Queen , XL, XXL, 14DD, 16 D, 16DD. some of our suppliers go up to a J cup. Please contact us for request of a particular size if you cannot see it in our catalouges.

Can you guarantee a specific time for a delivery?

  We do our very best in using a courier service to help with the efficiency of deliveries. However due to circumstances out of our control, the courier company can only give a estimation on how many days delivery should take but not time/hr.

How do I know if you received my order?

As soon as your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your payment. A second email will then be sent to you to confirm order details. Once your order has been received by a member of our team, the finer details of your order are carefully examined so as to meet any special requirements you may have and conversely, to notify you if we cannot meet one of your requirements.

How do I use a Gift Certificate on an online order?

To make a purchase using your gift certificate you must first register on our site (click here to register). At the checkout screen you will be able to enter your gift certificate number in the field "Redeem your gift certificate". This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total. If your gift certificate is more than the total purchase, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your gift certificate, and you will be able to use the remaining amount for future purchases. PfH gift certificates are for all merchandise on PfH website- excludes the GoDo linked page that has dayspa and adventure activities. Please purchase PfH/GoDo certificate on the connecting webpage available.

How long does it take if I order a special size that is not in stock?

Most garments take approx 8-14 working days if a special order is placed and confirmed from Presents for Her we can get it for you.

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Please be especially careful when providing delivery details, should this be unsuccessful, then a redirection or redelivery fee of $16.50 will be applied. The time of delivery to the correct address will be dependent on the time of day we receive the correct information. However, if the goods are delivered to an incorrect address and is not recovered, Presents For Her can not accept any responsibility for such loss.

What if I want to cancel my order?

All orders are final once purchased over the internet or telephone. However exchanges and credit vouchers are available if the exchnage meets our return policy. (Please see the bottom of webpage for more details)

What is the deadline for placing an order?

Orders must be placed by 2pm (EST) Monday - Friday for delivery schedule to apply. As Presents for Her is closed weekends & public holidays, we will deliver your goods the next business day. All online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the Monday morning and delivered the next business day.
