Returns Policy
All sales are final, however Presents for Her accepts exchange on the follow conditions:
1. Merchandise has not been specifically ordered in for you eg: –Elle Macpherson Stock when item description mentions '5-10 day delivery timeframe'. So please ensure you choose sizing or gifts correctly.
2. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving goods.
3. Returns will only be accepted if garments HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL original tags attached.
4. Returns will only be accepted if cosmetics, perfume, skin care and other boxed products have all packaging in the same condition as new that is unopened and not used.
Steps of Exchange:
- Contact Presents for Her within 5 days to notify of an exchange. Contact details are below. Presents for Her will provide you with a Return Authorisation number.
- Return goods within 14 days of receiving Using a delivery service that is traceable eg: registered post, express post or courier .
- The items must reach Presents for Her within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
- You are responsible for all associated delivery expenses. Please add a return addressed satchel /envelope that is also traceable.
- Please also ensure that all returned items are packaged safely and securely as we can not accept returns that have been damaged through transit.
- Returned products must be sent to Presents for Her in just one parcel. Presents for Her reserves the right to refuse garments from the same order if they are sent back at different times.
- Please be aware that items you are purchasing are from a photo and might look different in real due to photographic touch ups, made by supplier for marketing purposes. If you are unsure about product call us before purchasing or drop into a local retailer to access product.
- If the exchanged items do not meet the requirements above, Presents for Her, can refuse to issue an exchange. You will incur additional shipping costs if the items need to be re-delivered to you
- Please note that it takes approximately five business days from receipt of your return to process your exchange.
- After Presents for Her receives, processes and confirms that your return item meets the Return Policy requirements, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your exchange has been processed.
Damaged/Mis-shipped Items:
If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 48hrs of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective products at our discretion.
- If your chosen exchange item is not available, we will contact you in regards to your options of another item or a credit voucher number. If the wrong order has been shipped on our part, no re-delivery fee will be charged.
