Returns Policy

All sales are final, however Presents for Her accept exchanges on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached (where applicable).

You can return one or more products respecting the following conditions:

  • You contact Presents for Her within 5 days to notify of an exchange.  Contact details are below.  Presents for Her will provide you with a Return Authorisation number.
  • Complete the Return Form that is supplied with your invoice.  This form must be correctly filled out and sent to Presents for Her within 14 days from the date you received the parcel .
  • Use a delivery service of your choice to deliver the items you wish to return. The items to return must reach Presents for Her within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to you. You are responsible for all associated delivery expenses.  Presents for Her recommends that you choose a delivery service that allows you to trace it at any time.
  • Please also ensure that all returned items are packaged safely and securely as we can not accept returns that have been damaged through transit.
  • Returned products must be sent to Presents for Her in just one parcel. Presents for Her reserves the right to refuse garments from the same order if they are sent back at different times.
  • Please be aware that items you are purchasing are from a photo and might look different in real due to photographic touch ups, made by supplier for marketing purposes.

If the exchanged items do not meet the requirements above, Presents for Her, can refuse to issue an exchange.You will incur additional shipping costs if the items need to be re-delivered to you

Please note that it takes approximately five business days from receipt of your return to process your echange.

After Presents for Her receives, processes and confirms that your return item meets the Return Policy requirements, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your exchange has been processed.

Damaged/Mis-shipped Items
If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 48hrs of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective products at our discretion.

If your chosen exchange item is not available, we will contact you in regards to your options of another item or a credit voucher number. If the wrong order has been shipped on our part, no re-delivery fee will be charged.
